British computer programmer Tim Berners-Lee was employed by CERN in Switzerland to help in-house communications amongst its many worldwide-drawn scientists. A crux event for him came in 1991-2 when CERN agreed to release the programming project he did for CERN into the public domain for the greater good, and this was the birth of the World Wide Web, what on the Internet is signified by www. in the address. Berners-Lee back in 1991-2 found allies for his visionary project of extending Internet capacities to the general public at New England's M.I.T. His vision had long been of the universal web of consciousness, naturally and decentralized basically, which his short book on WWW describes.
Internet technology is largely built upon the technology achieved in telegraphy and telephone systems, the latter having its main birth in the NYC telephone switchboard early in the 1900s. Many breakthrus involving computers are naturally involved as well. Bell Laboratories made many technologic generation-advances in telephone systems which have then helped form the pyramid base for the current magnificient communications capstone of the Internet.
Weaving the Web (HarperCollins Pub., 1999) by Tim Berners-Lee takes us back to Berners-Lee at CERN at 1980, where his programming skills were employed to aid communications between some 5000 active scientists there. Berners-Lee has been a sort of zen master, conceiving of and contributing streamlining in this field, esp. clarity, precision, speed, simplicity and comprehensiveness. Berners-Lee and his small team demonstrated great feasibility at these points particularly: HTML (basic code), universal resource indicators (which organize for the address bar on a computer), and conception/design of World Wide Web and its riding upon the Internet by means of a transfer protocol (http).

"(Illuminati-founder Adam) Weishaupt was a Jesuit-trained professor of Canon Law, teaching in Inglecot University, (Austria I believe), when he defected from Christianity to embrace the Luciferian conspiracy. He began to write out the master plan that was designed to give the Synagogue of Satan, so named by Jesus Christ, ultimate world domination so they could impose the Luciferian ideology on what would remain of the human race after the final social cataclysm by use of satanic despotism.

"In 1834 the Italian revolutionary leader Giuseppe Mazzini was selected by the Illuminati to direct their revolutionary program thruout the world. He served in that capacity until he died in 1872. But some years before he died, Mazzini had enticed an American general named Albert Pike into the Illuminati. Pike was fascinated by the idea of a one world government, and ultimately he became the head of this Luciferian conspiracy. Between 1859 and 1871 Pike worked out a military blueprint for three world wars and various revolutions thruout the world which he considered would forward the conspiracy to its final stage in the 20th century.

The incident with the US spy plane accident off South China underscores that understanding between America and China must be developed thru the common principles that are shared at Taipei and not thru the dissonance of principles extant between Washington, DC and Beijing. America fishes in a puddle of denials in wooing Beijing, including economically, but the Communist Party stance will ever hinder any really promising ties fundamentally and severely.
The Taiwan Strait is only 100 miles wide, and mainland Chinese missile and submarine developments, as well as PRC efforts to get sophisticated electronics, increasingly endanger Taiwanese security, as all parties can admit. Taiwan currently lives as General Washington's camp and partisans once did relative to British forces encamped in the Colonies' main towns. Americans generally either miss or ignore this analogy.
