'The substance from which the world and the universe were made is, was, and always shall be love. For the nature of God is love, and without love there would be no cohesive power to hold the planets in their appointed rounds, to cause the sun to release the fire of its magnetism--its great magnesium fires blazing forth to light and vivify mankind with a surge of cosmic intensity, reintensifying in the spiritual nature of man daily his intense inner awareness of the great cosmic purposes for which he was created.' With love all the gifts of the Holy Spirit will fail to manifest. It will not be their failure. It will be our failure. We have to look at every relationship--whether it is the marriage relationship or our service together in the community of the Holy Spirit--as an opportunity to manifest love, to prove love, and to overcome all of the perversions of love that are in the planetary body. Chamuel and the other archangels descend from the spheres of absolute love in which they dwell in the heart of God to decelerate the intensity of God's love so that we might receive him and not be consumed by the fires of his love. They 'temper the wind to the shorn lamb,' as it were. The judgment of the seven archangels and the pouring out of the seven vials of the seven last plagues described in the Book of Revelation mark the hour when God's people everywhere are compelled to choose whether to walk to the right or to the left of the path of righteousness. The vials of the seven last plagues are the judgments of Almighty God taken from the Book of Life and delivered to his people by the angelic hosts for the salvation of their souls through repentence, redemption and regeneration in the Word. The archangels of the seven rays point out to us mankind's misuses of the seven rays. They explain that the vials of the seven last plagues contain the misqualified energies of the people of earth which, through invocation to the Holy Spirit, to the Presence of the I AM THAT I AM, and to the Christ Self can now be requalified with the consciousness of God. The judgment can only occur when it is accepted and ratified by people in embodiment. We must anchor it by the sustaining love in our hearts. We then become the instruments of the Lord's judgment through his archangels. Charity tells us that judgment is come 'that mankind might learn from the taskmaster of their own karma that which is acceptable in the presence of Love.' However, 'the law of karma is not intended to act as a lash, to tear apart the souls of men.' the Goddess of Purity assures us. 'The law of karma is intended to instruct and to cause mankind to approach the throne of grace without fear, with the clearness of mind and being that will render them able to receive the pure vibratory action of Almighty God.' Archangel Chamuel cautions that 'of all of the misuses of the sacred fire which mankind have imposed upon nature and the body of the Mother, there is none more deadly or more dastardly than the perversion of divine love. Let the children of the light call forth the intense action of the violet flame from the master of the Aquarian age, Sain Germain, who focuses the consciousness of God-love in this system of worlds! For this is a generation of people-haters, children-haters, Christ-haters, and God-haters. And mankind's hearts have become hardened against the true children of Israel--the children of the light of all that is real.' The violet flame is a vital solution to mankind's problems, both personal and planetary. It has been called 'the cosmic eraser.' This seventh-ray aspect of the Holy Spirit is the gift of God's grace to us whereby we may shorten the days of our travail, transmute our sins and karma of the past, and ascend back to the heart of God victoriously. Archangel/Archeia Chamuel and Charity thunder: 'There is no other way to put down the infamy, the great crimes against humanity, and those engines of war as nuclear weapons that are set in place for release. This is insanity, and it is tyranny! And I answer those who say there is no way to turn them back. I say there is a way to turn them back! It is the way of love, it is the same energy released for the confounding of Babel. Understand, then, that those very instruments of war can be deactivated and their energies nullified by the call to Charity, by the call to Chamuel and to the Seven Holy Kumaras. After all, that energy belongs to God. When mankind have usurped that energy for destructive purposes, have you not the right, then, to reclaim that energy in the name of Saint Germain, the God of Freedom for the Earth? 'Well, I tell you, you have that right, you have that authority! And I extend to you my consciousness of divine love which is the understanding that the sons and daughters of Israel are the instruments of the judgment, and the judgment is the light, the energy of the Central Sun that flows as a giant torrent, and that energy is the confirmation of the judgment. And therefore, when you ratify the judgment of Chamuel and Charity, there is the deactivation of those energies that are set in ways to destroy mankind and to destroy the platform of evolution. 'You send forth the call and our angels will do the work! You send forth the call and our angels will call elemental life, and all elemental life will serve then to see to it that there are no longer those forcefields of destructivity in Terra. Do you think that we will stand by and wait for the day when that insane one comes to the fore and decides that it does not matter if the earth blows up? Well, we will not stand by--and I AM certain that you will not stand by either! 'Why then do you remain silent and why do you not give forth the call for the action of the sacred fire to come forth from the white-fire core? It is the action of the secret rays that is effective to this purpose. I give you this key this day, this understanding that mighty Cosmos' secret rays, implemented by the archangels and the ascended masters, is the effective means to deter global warfare and the tearing of hearts from hearts across the planetary body. Do you see, then, that you must not enter those spirals of hopelessness and despair and think that even your decrees are not effective to turn back, then, the engines of war, the powers of war, and the immense masses of funds that have been put together to unleash war at any hour of the day or night when the fallen ones decree it? 'Well I tell you, the decree of the hosts of the Lord and of the sons and daughters of God on Terra is the effective Word. I tell you, there is no condition on earth that will not respond to the power of the spoken Word! But you must understand that as you take the bow and the arrow and you make your mark as the Divine Archer, so you must direct that Word, you must not neglect to focus in on the very specific conditions. And therefore, to simply decree to the will of God without the specific call for that will to enter into the action of deactivating those forcefields will not result in that specific action that you desire. 'You can call forth the will of God and fill the very atmosphere with the smoke and the incense of that will, but if you desire to direct a ray of light of that will into the cause and core of a certain condition, then you must name that condition--you must name it by the authority of the Christ who demanded to know the names of the demons, who also spoke to them by name as they returned and spoke to him by name as the Lord Christ. They knew him, they knew who he was, and they so declared. So he knew them. 'Therefore, you must define those measures and those increments of light that you send forth and you must name the conditions.' You may wish to use the science of the spoken Word (see Invocations and Decrees for Keepers of the Flame, pub. by The Summit Lighthouse, Box 5000, Corwin Springs, MT, also www.tsl.org) to effectively change conditions that are not of the light by using a mantra to reverse the tide of whatever negativity is manifesting at the present moment that is not the love of God. Include calls to Archangel Michael for protection of the sons and daughters of God as well as calls to beloved mighty Astrea to cut them loose and set them free from all opposition to their lifestreams and the love flame they bear. Be sure to follow with violet flame mantras to transmute the cause and core of the conditions which you have named. Archangel Chamuel tells us that the mantra of the third ray is: 'Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.' This is the mantra that will heal our limited sense of love which manifests as a possessive love, a selfish love and an unrighteous love. when you give this mantra 'Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments,' it starts the flow of love which begins the judgment of the four lower bodies that will ultimately bring out of them the worst so that it can go into the sacred fire for transmutation. In this way the individual can receive wholeness and an integration of his four lower bodies. This is a very healing mantra, one that can bring complete healing if it is accepted--even penetrating to the subconscious. Here is the seat of our problems, the cause which eventually cycles into the physical as the effect. By calling for and accepting the judgment in our own lives, we can put aside all the many excuses which we have used to dodge our own responsibility for creating the situations in which we find ourselves today. If we can accept the glaring light of Truth into our worlds and impersonally and honestly assess our problems, we will be well on the way to finding a solution. There is a way out. And that way is through the acceptance of the transmutation and freedom that can come to a soul through using the science of the spoken word and especially the violet flame.
